This has certainly been the hardest part of creating my online presence as I am, admittedly, terrible at talking about myself.

I am a born and bred West Australian who had the privilege of being raised on the shores of the Leschenault Inlet in Australind. After high school and not having any better ideas I packed up what I owned into my trusty (struggling) Mitsubishi Magna station wagon and shifted back to the capital. Here I would spend the next few years studying geology, making close friends and trying to figure out the adult thing.

Somewhere along the lines I decided to invest a little more into my interest of photography and bought my first DSLR. This was the greatest teacher I ever had! My first months wage as a fresh geologist scored me my first full-frame DSLR and we've been together happily ever since.

My photography has always been simply for the enjoyment of taking a good photo. Sometimes they tell stories, sometimes they are just nice to look at and sometimes it's just a pleasure to see a different perspective of a familiar scene. As a generally quiet person with spouts of generosity who enjoys lending a hand I have found photography to be the perfect art. Nothing makes me happier than being able to give someone a reminder of a special moment for life.

I wouldn't consider there being much else to tell that can't be found in my gallery or throughout my blog. but please feel free to contact me with any questions, comments, advice, criticism or general banter as I'd love to hear what you have to say.

We all have something to learn from everyone.
